FELGAR obtains the best plants from the most popular varieties, which it makes available to its carefully selected growers, providing them with all the necessary technical support. The three companies advise growers on best practices and the optimal use of agrochemicals.
Felgar also distributes strawberries to fresh markets and supermarket chains in the EU, the UK and the Russian Federation. Both Messem and Frigodar begin processing frozen strawberries for the industrial market worldwide, generally from November to March.

FELGAR and ASF: a partnership with lasting success
Since 2014, Felgar and ASF have begun their journey, with a group of 10 producers, Felgar has provided technical and ethical support to the producers, and ASF has ensured distribution of their product in the UK's top supermarkets.
Together, the two companies began their project with body diversification, introducing raspberries and blueberries to selected growers and providing technical support every step of the way.
What's more, this partnership now includes 47 Global gap and grasp certified growers, whose production accounts for 70% of total fresh strawberry exports and 100% of raspberry and blueberry exports.
